Payment Methods

We currently accept only two payment methods:

• Cryptocurrency – 5% discount applied automatically at checkout
• Bank Transfer – account details provided by email after you place the order

Paying with Cryptocurrency

Select cryptocurrency at checkout. The 5% discount is applied automatically. After placing your order, send the exact amount due to one of the official wallets listed below.

Paying by Bank Transfer

If you prefer bank transfer, place your order first, then email us at Contact@preciouscactus-shop.com. We will reply with the account details needed to complete the payment.

Please include your order number in the email so we can match your payment quickly.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from Thailand using priority airmail / e-packet services. Average delivery time is 2–3 weeks under normal conditions. Some destinations may take longer depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Tracking Process

• After shipping you can follow the package on the Thailand Post tracking website until it leaves the country.
• Once the package arrives in your country there may be a period with limited or no updates while it is processed by your local postal service.
• When your local post office scans the item, tracking will resume. Universal trackers such as 17track can also be useful.

Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.
• Some countries (including parts of Canada and certain other destinations) are known for slower processing and limited tracking updates.
• You are responsible for monitoring tracking and collecting your package from the post office if required.
• Unclaimed packages that are returned or destroyed may not be eligible for a full refund, especially in the case of living plants.
