1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order with Precious Cactus Shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Products

We sell Lophophora seeds, plants, and related cactus species. Product photos and descriptions are provided for guidance. As living organisms, individual plants may vary slightly in size, appearance, and growth characteristics.

Seeds are living organisms. While we take care to supply fresh, viable seeds, germination depends on many factors outside our control, including your growing conditions and methods.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.

We currently accept the following payment methods only:

• Cryptocurrency – A 5% discount is applied automatically at checkout. Payment must be sent to one of the official wallet addresses provided.
• Bank Transfer – After placing your order, you must email us to receive the account details for payment.

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within a reasonable time.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Thailand. Average delivery time is 2–3 weeks, but this is an estimate only. Actual delivery times depend on postal services, customs processing, and destination country.

• Plants are shipped bare-root.
• Seeds are packed discreetly.
• A tracking number is provided by email once the order is shipped.

Risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the customer once the package has been handed to the postal service. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Germination Disclaimer

Lophophora seeds, like all seeds, are living organisms. We test our seeds and store them under suitable conditions. However, we cannot guarantee germination rates or that every seed will sprout.

Results depend on temperature, humidity, light, soil, and the grower’s technique. No refunds or replacements are offered solely on the basis of germination results.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first at Contact@preciouscactus-shop.com within 14 days of receiving the order to obtain approval.

• Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the package arrives safely (tracked/insured service recommended).
• Refunds, when approved, are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. An administration fee may apply.

7. Unclaimed Packages

You are responsible for monitoring tracking and collecting your package. If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the following applies:

• Plants: Extended time in transit without light and proper conditions can seriously damage or kill the plant. No refund will be issued if the return is not caused by our error.
• Seeds: A partial refund may be considered at our discretion, minus shipping and administrative costs.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of receipt with clear photos and your order number. We will assess the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our returns process.

9. Cancellations

You may request cancellation only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a small administration fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precious Cactus Shop and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

11. Privacy

We use your personal information only to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
